USDT / USDC top-up guide

TokensClub currently accepts USDT/Solana and USDC/Solana. Create your own invoice in the wallet and follow its coin, network, address, amount and countdown. This guide does not publish a fixed receiving address.

1. Choose the coin and network

USDCSolana

Choose USDT · Solana or USDC · Solana in TokensClub, then select an on-chain withdrawal with the same asset and network in your sending app. Other networks are not available. A similar-looking address does not make another network supported.

Exchange internal transfers do not provide the on-chain transaction this flow needs. Check your sending platform’s withdrawal minimum and fee before creating an invoice so the countdown does not start before you can pay.

2. Choose balance units and create an invoice

Each invoice supports 20–500 balance units. CNY ¥1 buys 1 unit, so 20 units is a ¥20 face value, not a payment of 20 USDT or USDC. Select the units, choose Continue to payment, review the confirmation and open the invoice.

Pay the amount on YOUR invoice, not this example.

The coin amount is fixed when the invoice is created, as are the credited units. A small identifying suffix may be included. Use the final amount on the payment page rather than recalculating it with an online exchange rate.

3. Pay the complete coin amount

Copy this invoice’s address and exact amount, preserving every displayed decimal, up to six places. Do not round or truncate to four places. Do not pay the invoice if your sender cannot support the required precision.

The received amount must equal the invoice amount. If a fee is deducted from the withdrawal amount, adjust it using the sender’s preview so the net receipt still matches. Do not add the fee again if it is charged separately. Check the asset, Solana network, address and net amount before sending.

The QR encodes the address only; it does not choose the asset, network or amount. Allow time for withdrawal processing before the countdown ends. Do not pay an expired invoice; create a new one. If you already sent funds, keep the transaction hash and do not immediately pay again.

4. Check payment and credit status

Waiting means the invoice has not detected payment. Confirming means a transaction was found and blockchain confirmation is being checked. Payment successful means the on-chain payment is confirmed and wallet credit is being synchronized. Refresh your wallet and check the order history and added units.

A valid confirmed payment automatically adds the invoice’s units; duplicate notifications do not add duplicate credit. Timing depends on the sender, network and node state, rather than a fixed one-minute promise. Existing invoices can still be checked and confirmed when new quotes are paused.

5. Paid but not credited

Check whether the sender completed an on-chain withdrawal and obtain its public transaction hash/TxID. Give the administrator the invoice ID, asset, network, received amount and payment time. Private keys, seed phrases, exchange passwords and verification codes are not needed.

Wrong assets or networks, short payments, late payments and duplicate transfers need individual reconciliation. Automatic credit or refunds cannot be assumed. If you already have payment evidence, check the situation before sending more to the same invoice.
