Top-ups, orders & redemption codes
Payments are not open. No official code store or collection address is available yet. Do not pay addresses supplied elsewhere.
Planned top-up methods
- Redemption codes: Follow the platform's official store link, purchase a code, then redeem it in the console.
- USDT：Use the network, address, amount and deadline shown on your platform order. Balance is credited after confirmation.
Redeeming a code
- Check the product description, platform and redeemable amount.
- Complete the order at the official store and save the order ID.
- Redeem the code in TokensClub and check the balance change.
Redemption codes and API keys are different. Enter redemption codes only in the platform's redemption field.
Paid but not credited
Keep your order ID, time and payment receipt. For on-chain payments, also keep the transaction hash, asset, network and amount received. Check the original order before paying again.
Refunds & support
Payment terms, refund arrangements and support contacts will be published before payments open. The plans on this page are not active payment methods.
